We are the professional manufacturer for stone coated metal roof tile, asphalt shingle and rain gutter system (PVC/Aluminum) in Hangzhou,China, which have done business more than 14+ years. With the development of our company,we have 12 regular designs for stone coated roof tile with more than 20 kinds of colors. Many of our items sell to more than 20 countries,such as the USA,Canada,Oman, Nigeria,Kenya and so on. We have five advanced production lines now and output could be 800,000+ pieces each month.We usually could finish the production within 10 - 15 days after receiving the deposit.
WHAT ARE THE ASPHALT SHINGLES MADE FROM?
1) Mineral Surface Granules
Sangobuild asphalt shingles are covered with CARLAC(CL) natural stone chips which be taken from quarries in French. CL granula have excellent performance for UV resistance and anti-aging,fire resistance and break heat conduction.It could guarantee 100% fadeless.
2) Fiberglass Mat
Glass fiber reinforcement: Strengthen of the carrier to a more solid quality, and strengthen the capacity of anti-aging. Sangobuild have two quality of fiberglass mat could be chose: 95g/sqm or 110g/sqm.It plays the role of a carrier in the production of asphalt shingle technology, it makes the product not only has excellent waterproof performance, but also keeps waterproof performance even the shingle surface was broken. It can make the product bear the vibration caused in production, transportation, construction and use.
3) Weathering-Grade Modified Asphalt Coating
Sangobuild Asphalt Shingle use of modified asphalt, large extension and strong bonding, higher intake for filler, will bond all the materials together. Which makes asphalt shingle resist wind and rain erosion for long time and keep product performance in cold and hot weather, and play a role in moisture resistance oxidation.
4) Quartz Anti-Slip Sand
